Mitch Neubert is passionate about equipping leaders to influence individuals, teams, and organizations in a virtuous manner that results in positive change.  As LTrek’s Chief Learning Officer and an Executive Leadership Consultant he draws on his research expertise and practical experience to create and deliver our transformational leadership development programs.

Mitch is an Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Baylor University and the Chavanne Chair of Christian Ethics in Business. In his role as the Chavanne Chair, Mitch provides leadership to programs and initiatives that promote his conviction that businesses can do well by doing good. He teaches the Leading with Integrity course for Baylor’s EMBA programs in Dallas and Austin. 

Mitch is the lead author for a cutting edge Organizational Behavior textbook published by Wiley and a co-author for a Management textbook published by Cengage.  His work also has been published or noted in the numerous journals including Leadership Quarterly, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Performance, Journal of Business Venturing, and Harvard Business Review.
